Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust has announced the issuance of over 3 million units at S$0.6829 each to pay its management base fee for the quarter ending December 2023. The issuance price is based on the weighted average traded price on the Singapore Exchange over the preceding ten business days. Following this, the total number of units issued by Sasseur REIT now stands at approximately 1.25 billion.
