Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a third supplementary agreement, extending the completion date of its Hefei development project to December 2026, as well as the Buy Back Option to January 2027. This decision follows the lapse of a Memorandum of Understanding with a potential joint venture partner and ongoing efforts to explore new partnerships. The extension aims to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and ensure the project’s successful completion.
