Sarytogan Graphite Director Adjusts Shareholdings

Sarytogan Graphite Limited (AU:SGA) has released an update.

Waldemar Mueller, a director at Sarytogan Graphite Limited, has altered his director’s relevant interests in the company by disposing of 7,240,000 Ordinary Shares in an off-market transfer. The shares were valued at $0.105 each, leaving Mueller with direct and indirect interests in over 61 million various securities, including options and performance rights. This transaction is reported in compliance with ASX listing rule 3.19A.2 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
