Sarine Technologies has announced that the Israeli Companies Regulations have been amended to allow companies listed on foreign exchanges to adhere to applicable foreign laws rather than Israeli law in certain matters. This includes changes to ‘comply or explain’ provisions, foreign takeover rules applicability, voting arrangements, and extended tenures for external and independent directors with appropriate approvals.
