Sarepta Therapeutics Expands Board, Welcomes New Director

The latest update is out from Sarepta Therapeutics ( (SRPT) ).

Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc. has welcomed Deirdre Connelly to its board of directors, immediately taking up her new role and set to serve until the 2026 annual meeting. She was awarded compensation in the form of restricted stock units and stock options worth $712,500, which will vest over three years, along with an annual cash payment of $60,000. Additionally, the company has expanded its board capacity from eight to nine members to accommodate this new appointment.
