Saratoga Investment Reschedules Annual Meeting, Urges Shareholder Votes

Saratoga Investment Corp. has postponed its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, originally scheduled for September 26, to October 23, due to an anticipated lack of quorum. Despite the majority of received votes favoring the election of Christian L. Oberbeck as director, the company is urging stockholders to review the definitive proxy statement and cast their votes by October 22. The record date for determining eligible voting stockholders remains July 29, and no changes have been made to the voting proposals.
