Sarama Resources Ltd. has successfully completed the second and final portion of their A$1 million equity placement by issuing 5 million CDIs at A$0.02 each, following the first tranche which raised A$900,000. The funds raised are earmarked for exploration, potential acquisitions, and general working capital, with no insider participation in the placement.
