Sapphire Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Teh Wing Kwan as the Lead Independent Director effective from 25 July 2024. Mr. Teh, who has previously served as the company’s CEO, will also chair the Audit and Risk Committee and join the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. This move comes as part of a broader reconstitution of the company’s Board and Board Committees.
