SAP SE, a European multinational, is set to merge with WalkMe Ltd., in a deal inked on June 4, 2024. The merger involves SAP SE’s wholly owned subsidiary, HUMMINGBIRD ACQUISITION CORP LTD., under an agreement that will see the consolidation of WalkMe into SAP’s business structure.
