SANYO SHOKAI LTD. has finalized the payment for the allocation of treasury stock as part of its restricted stock compensation plan, initially resolved in a May board meeting. A total of 10,500 shares were distributed to certain Directors and Managing Officers at a set price of ¥2,570 per share, amounting to a total value of ¥26,985,000.
