Sanxun Holdings Group Limited has canceled its upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and the associated book closure period after deciding not to appoint Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as its auditor due to misconduct by its affiliated firm, Baker Tilly China. The company will issue a new announcement regarding the appointment of a different auditor and scheduling a new EGM. Shareholders were apologized to for any inconvenience caused by these changes.
