Sanxun Holdings Group Limited has announced the resignations of Mr. Chen Sheng and Mr. Wang Zizhong from their respective positions as Director and committee members, effective from July 10, 2024, to focus on personal endeavors. The company expressed appreciation for their contributions and concurrently announced the appointments of Mr. Gao Bo and Mr. Tao Qingchen as their replacements. Mr. Gao brings extensive experience from his previous roles in real estate and transportation to his new position on the Board and committees.
