Sanwa Holdings Progresses with Share Buyback Plan

Sanwa Holdings (JP:5929) has released an update.

Sanwa Holdings Corporation has executed a share buyback program, purchasing 551,700 shares for a total of 1.57 billion yen from June 1 to June 30, 2024. This is part of a larger plan approved by their Board of Directors to buy back up to 2.5 million shares, amounting to 5 billion yen, by September 30, 2024.
