Santos Limited Director Guy Cowan Steps Down

Santos Limited (AU:STO) has released an update.

Santos Limited has announced that Guy Michael Cowan ceased his directorship with the company on October 1, 2024, as reported in the Final Director’s Interest Notice to the ASX. Mr. Cowan held no registered securities at the time of his departure but had an interest in 45,487 fully paid ordinary shares through a superannuation master fund. No contracts involving directorial interests were reported.
