Santos Limited Director Doubles Shareholding

Santos Limited (AU:STO) has released an update.

Michael Jesse Utsler, a director of Santos Limited, has doubled his stake in the company by purchasing an additional 20,000 ordinary shares at $7.03 each on the open market, bringing his total holdings to 40,000 shares. The transaction was conducted within the regulations and did not occur during a closed period where trading restrictions apply.
