Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has resolved to dispose of 30,715 treasury shares on September 30, 2024, to fulfill obligations under its Performance Share Unit (PSU) plan for directors and corporate officers. The disposal at 1,816.0 yen per share will total 55,778,440 yen, rewarding participants based on the company’s performance from FY2021 to FY2023. This move is aimed at aligning the interests of executives with those of shareholders by providing medium- to long-term incentives.
