Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has announced the buyback of 1,348,400 of its common shares for a total of 2.388 billion yen, which took place from September 1 to September 30, 2024. This buyback is part of a larger program approved by the Board of Directors, with a maximum of 21.11 million shares to be repurchased by November 6, 2024. To date, a cumulative total of 14,178,600 shares have been repurchased for 23.639 billion yen.
