Banco Santander Brasil has announced the issuance of perpetual financial bills worth BRL 7.6 billion, aimed at professional investors with a repurchase option starting in 2029. This strategic financial move is designed to strengthen the bank’s Tier I Capital of the Company’s Reference Equity and improve its capitalization ratio in accordance with Central Bank of Brazil regulations.
