Santana Minerals Ltd. (AU:SMI) has released an update.
Santana Minerals Ltd has reported significant advancements in the past quarter towards the commercialization of its Bendigo-Ophir Gold Project in New Zealand, including substantial progress in environmental, social, and economic studies for permitting and upgrading mine development studies to Pre-feasibility Study status. The company successfully raised AUD$31.2 million, completed a Share Purchase Plan, and bought back shares, positioning itself with AUD$33M in cash to fully fund ongoing development studies. Moreover, there has been an increase in indicated resources at the project and plans for a joint listing on the New Zealand Exchange to benefit local shareholders.
