Santak Holdings Limited announces the retirement of Mr. Lee Keen Whye as Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director, effective from the Annual General Meeting scheduled on October 30, 2024. The company appreciates Mr. Lee’s significant contributions and confirms a reconstitution of the Board and Board Committees accordingly. This departure, however, will result in the company not meeting certain Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited listing rules and Singapore Code of Corporate Governance requirements regarding board composition.
