Sanli Environmental Ltd.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sanli M&E, has sold a leasehold property for S$5,282,828.28 to EDZ Interior Contracts Pte Ltd, an unrelated third party. The sale is expected to net a gain of approximately S$2,163,000 over the audited net asset value. This strategic disposal comes after considering market conditions and an independent valuation that pegged the property’s worth at S$5,500,000.
