Sanergy Group Ltd. has announced the immediate termination of the Financial Advisor Service Agreement with Mr. Yan Haiting following his resignation as an executive Director. The departure of Mr. Yan, who wished to explore new business opportunities, was originally set for 31 May 2024 but has since been accelerated. The company’s current board composition was also confirmed, with Peter Brendon Wyllie serving as the Chairman.
