Sands China Ltd. has announced a change in its registered office and principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands, effective from October 1, 2024. The new location for these corporate functions is Walkers Corporate Limited, replacing Intertrust Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited. However, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, remains unchanged for share transfer registrations.
