SandRidge Energy (SD) has issued an announcement.
SandRidge Exploration and Production, LLC, a subsidiary of SandRidge Energy, Inc., successfully acquired certain oil and gas assets from Upland Exploration, LLC, and Upland Operating, LLC for $144 million after adjusting the purchase price. The deal, completed on August 30, 2024, was finalized with an amendment to include additional wells and leases. The acquisition was funded with SandRidge’s available cash, and the company announced the transaction’s closing through a press release on September 3, 2024.
