Sandon Capital Investments Limited (SNC) reported a 1.7% decrease in portfolio value for the month of June 2024, underperforming against the All Ordinaries Accumulation Index’s 0.7% increase. Positive contributions from Fleetwood Ltd and IDT Australia were overshadowed by disappointing performances from Spectra Systems plc and City Chic Collective Ltd. The company also announced its intent to fully acquire Carbon Conscious Investments Ltd following a takeover offer.
