Sandon Capital Investments Limited has initiated the compulsory acquisition of remaining Carbon Conscious Investments Ltd shares after their off-market takeover offer closed with over 90% of shares acquired. Shareholders who did not accept the offer will receive the same price per share in cash and will be provided with a claim form to receive their consideration. The company is moving forward under the Corporations Act provisions to consolidate ownership.
