Sandon Capital Investments Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Peter Velez, who acquired 4,879 ordinary shares at $0.7247 each through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, increasing his indirect interest to 133,445 shares. No disposals were made, and there were no changes in director’s interests in contracts.
