Sanderson Design Group PLC has awarded nil-cost options to seven key management personnel under its 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), based on performance targets. The awards, which are to vest in tranches between 2027 and 2029, are subject to the company’s financial performance, growth in U.S. revenues, and progress on sustainability goals, specifically their NetZeroby30 pledge. No payment was required for these grants and further details will be disclosed in the company’s 2025 Annual Report.
