Sancus Lending Group Limited is set to appoint Moore Kingston Smith LLP as its new auditor after the resignation of Moore Stephens Audit & Assurance (Jersey) Limited due to technicalities associated with the company’s listing on the London Stock Exchange. The company assured that there are no concerning reasons behind the auditor’s resignation. Sancus plans to publish its audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2023, by the end of June 2024.
