Sanatana Resources Inc. has announced a proposed extension on the expiration date of nearly 10 million Warrants issued during non-brokered private placements in 2022. If approved by the TSX Venture Exchange, the expiry dates will be extended to the latter part of 2024. The company is set to follow up with an official news release once the TSXV makes a decision on the approval of these extensions.
