Sanara MedTech Inc. has announced its exclusive distribution agreement and minority investment in ChemoMouthpiece, LLC, a company that specializes in oral cryotherapy products for cancer patients. Sanara’s $5 million investment secures a 6.6% stake in the company, while their joint venture with InfuSystem, SI Technologies, will become the sole U.S. distributor of ChemoMouthpiece’s products. The initiative aims to offer relief to patients with oral mucositis, a painful side effect of chemotherapy, potentially improving the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of patients and reducing healthcare costs. Sanara’s recent $15.5 million loan will partly fund this investment, underlining their strategic growth in the medical technology market.
