Samudera Shipping Line Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr Max Loh Khum Whai as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective from July 1, 2024. He will be taking over from Ms Lee Lay Eng Juliana, who will continue to serve as a committee member and the Lead Independent Director. No other changes to the company’s Board, Nominating Committee, or Remuneration Committee have been made.
