Samty Residential Investment Corporation has decided to sell the S-FORT Shizuoka Tennocho property as part of its strategy to enhance portfolio quality and secure stable medium to long-term revenue. The transaction, set for June 28, 2024, is expected to yield a disposition price of 1.14 billion yen compared to an assumed book value of 1.079 billion yen, resulting in a profit. Proceeds from the sale will be reinvested into future asset acquisitions to support the company’s growth potential and profitability.
