Samty Residential Investment Corporation has announced a significant borrowing of 5,900 million yen to finance the acquisition of real estate assets, including six properties, and cover associated expenses. This strategic move aims to bolster their portfolio with new trust beneficiary interests. The borrowing, facilitated through Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, will increase the company’s total interest-bearing debt to 96,550 million yen.
