Samty Residential Investment Corp. has proposed amendments to its Articles of Incorporation, which include enabling borrowing from credit associations and defining investment terms based on revised laws. In addition, the company is set to appoint a new executive director and re-appoint two supervisory directors, alongside planning for a substitute director. Furthermore, there will be a change in the independent auditor, with mc21 audit slated to replace Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, subject to approval at the upcoming General Meeting of Unitholders.
