Samty Residential Investment Corporation has announced the acquisition of two new properties, S-FORT Niigata Hakusan Koen and S-RESIDENCE Mita keidai mae, aiming to expand its asset size and improve portfolio stability. The acquisition, totaling 1.981 billion yen, aligns with the company’s strategy to invest in residential properties in major regional cities and the greater Tokyo area to enhance long-term portfolio quality and profitability. Post-acquisition, Samty Residential’s portfolio will consist of 181 properties with a combined planned acquisition price of 164.9 billion yen, with a regional investment ratio of 74.4% and 25.6% in the Tokyo area.
