Samsonite Announces Major Cash Distribution

Samsonite International SA (HK:1910) has released an update.

Samsonite International S.A. has announced a significant cash distribution of US$150 million to its shareholders, amounting to about US$0.0872 per share after tax, to be paid on July 16, 2024. The payment comes after the approval at the annual general meeting and will be made from the company’s ad hoc distributable reserve. Shareholders registered in Hong Kong will receive their distribution in Hong Kong dollars, converted at a fixed rate announced on June 6.
