Sama Resources Inc. has enhanced its Board of Directors by appointing the award-winning finance expert, Mr. Terry Krepiakevich, effective April 9, 2024. Krepiakevich’s vast experience includes notable roles such as CFO, audit committee chair, and governance advisor for various TSX and NYSE listed companies, expected to bolster Sama’s vision in the base metal sector in Côte d’Ivoire. Concurrently, the company extends its gratitude to Mr. Eric Finlayson who is stepping down from the board on the same date.
