Sama Resources Inc. has engaged with DS Market Solutions Inc. to boost trading activity and ensure a consistent market for its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange, with services starting August 1, 2024. The arrangement, aimed at enhancing liquidity, involves a monthly fee of $5,000 and can be terminated with a 30-day notice. DS Market, an independent trading advisor, will utilize its own capital for market-making activities without acquiring company shares.
