Sam Woo Construction Group Ltd. has announced the retirement of Professor Wong Sue Cheun, Roderick, from his position as an independent non-executive director, effective from July 1, 2024. He will be succeeded by Mr. Pang Tat Choi, Paul, as the chairman of the Nomination Committee. The company expressed its gratitude to Professor Wong for his valuable contributions during his tenure.
