Salt Investments Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, has received approval in-principle from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the listing and quotation of 3,157,142,857 new ordinary shares. This approval facilitates the company’s plans to issue shares to fund operations, expansion, and growth, as well as to partially settle the acquisition of a 60% stake in TT Oil (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The move is expected to bolster the company’s financial position and support its strategic growth initiatives.
