Salt Investments Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, has completed the issuance and allotment of 3,157,142,857 new ordinary shares. This includes 2,300,000,000 shares placed with certain investors and 857,142,857 shares issued as settlement for acquiring a 60% equity interest in TT Oil (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The new shares will be listed and quoted on the SGX-ST Mainboard, increasing the total number of shares from 21,139,623,421 to 24,296,766,278. This strategic move is expected to enhance the company’s market presence and operational capabilities.
