Salmon Evolution ASA has registered the share capital increase from its recent private placement, with the extended timeline shares now included, resulting in a total share capital of NOK 23,130,165.30 across 462,603,306 shares. The company, a global leader in land-based salmon farming, is expanding its innovative hybrid flow-through system (HFS) for optimal growth conditions. Listed on Oslo Børs, Salmon Evolution is pushing forward with its plan to reach a 100,000 tonnes annual production capacity.
