Salmon Evolution ASA (DE:60E) has released an update.

Salmon Evolution ASA concluded its 2024 annual general meeting with all resolutions passed as proposed, including board authorizations and the reelection of Tore Tønseth as Chair for two more years. The AGM reaffirmed the company’s strategy for expansion and its pioneering land-based salmon farming technology. No dividend will be distributed for the financial year 2023.
