Saizeriya Co., Ltd. has approved the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Chengdu, China, to operate outlets of its SAIZERIYA restaurant chain in the city. The planned entity, tentatively named Chengdu SAIZERIYA, will be set up in December 2026 with capital of about JPY 300 million and a December fiscal year-end, reinforcing the company’s geographic expansion strategy in China.
