Sailfish Royalty Corp. has entered into a share purchase agreement with Advance Metals Limited, selling its Gavilanes Silver Project in Mexico. As part of the deal, Sailfish will receive cash, shares, and a 2.0% net smelter return royalty, along with performance rights contingent on resource milestones.
