Sagimet Biosciences Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors, appointing Jennifer Jarrett and Dr. Anne Phillips, bringing extensive experience from their previous roles in biopharmaceutical companies and other healthcare-related industries. They join as independent Class III directors, with Jarrett contributing to the Audit Committee and Phillips to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Each will receive compensation in line with the Company’s policy, including a significant stock option grant that vests over three years.
