Safestore Holdings (GB:SAFE) has released an update.
Safestore Holdings plc has announced a new block listing of 19,725 shares and an allotment of 650 shares, both to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. These shares are connected to the company’s 2023 and 2021 Sharesave Schemes and will be available starting around August 14, 2024. Upon issuance, they will be on equal footing with the already issued shares of the company.
