Sabre Board Member Resigns Amid Unapproved Dealings

An update from Sabre (SABR) is now available.

Gregg Saretsky, a former member of Sabre Corporation’s Board of Directors, resigned after it came to light that he had unapproved dealings assisting a third party with an investment in a Sabre customer. Following this revelation, the board, now reduced to nine directors, requested and received his resignation from his positions on the board and its committees.
