Sabien Technology Group PLC, a leader in Green Aggregation Strategy, has announced the issuance of 435,967 new ordinary shares to settle broker fees, with the shares expected to be admitted for trading on September 10, 2024. This will bring the total number of ordinary shares in the company to 23,631,135, all with equal voting rights and no shares held in treasury.
